Imagery is everything and we don’t skimp on showing your property at its best. We hire experienced photographers and have an in-house videographer who will shoot your property for our marketing campaign.

SIGNAGE

Prominent and professional ‘for lease’ signage will be erected on the property for free, which not only draws attention to the fact that the property is for lease but raises the profile of your property among prospective tenants who may not read print or online media.

INSPECTIONS

We will personally show your property to prospective tenants through appointments or scheduled open inspections. This way, we are able to find out more about the applicants, while ensuring your property is treated with respect. We will provide you with feedback after each inspection.

As part of our one off advertising fee, we will list your property on the Elders corporate site, our own site as well as Australia’s leading property websites including:

BROCHURE

We create a colour brochure which includes full details of the properties we currently have for lease and is handed out to prospective tenants who visit our office, as well as anyone who attends our other open for inspections.
